Thanksgiving 2024 Holiday Service
Thu. Nov. 28: Buses, trains, and the Streetcar operate on a Sunday schedule. Buses will be rerouted in Downtown ATL during the Thanksgiving Day Marathon.
Fri. Nov. 29: Buses and the Streetcar operate on a Saturday schedule. Trains operate on a modified Saturday schedule with service starting at 5:00am.

Dec. 8-9 Blue Line trains will not stop at Indian Creek Station during this two-day period while a new pedestrian bridge is being installed, making Kensington Station the temporary end of the Blue Line.
Bus shuttles will take riders to Kensington Station to catch the train. Please allow an extra 15 minutes for your commute.
Local bus routes and parking access will not be affected. Customers who normally drive to Indian Creek should consider parking at Kensington instead.

Rail schedule changes are frequently necessary to allow for track work. MARTA normally operates trains on two tracks, but we have to take one track out of service to perform maintenance. This requires all trains to share one track. We create special service schedules so that you can accurately plan your trips during this track work. You’ll find these schedules posted below for dates with upcoming track work. Learn how this works in the videos below.
